Letting the water rest for a few days ?

It's well known that it's good to leave the water rest for 24h before watering the plants but would 2, 4 or more days resting affect the water in a bad way ?

What about the nutes ? is there any problem if I leave them in water for 4 or more days in an open bottle ?

i water my plants straight from the tap with no ill effects, 3 or 4 days of sitting is just over kill. i wouldn't mix the nutrients in the water until ready to use.

I knew that you are suppose to use the water with neem straight away and get rid of the remaining but didn't know if it was the same for the nutes.

I also use it strait from the tap sometimes (when I forget to fill the bottle) but I always try to let it rest for a day or two. It's good to get rid of the chlorine, for the temperature and maybe some other stuff. Will follow your advice anyway and won't do it with nutes and for more than 2 days
