    Default Gloss/Color of the Room

I have a 4x7 space in a closet that i made to use. Now, i'm thinking about painting it white with some old paint but I have high gloss and flat. So i'm stuck in between which might perform better. I thought about mylar but i already have paint so screw putting more money to that. I've lined a closet with the reverse side of old christmas wrapping paper one time before and that worked pretty well before... but anywho...if you've been through trial an error let me know

    high gloss, gloss,flat or what?

    Flat white, I think.
