Ok, so I got to work in the closet and did my best to make this covert. This is my first grow, so Im doing it to learn as much as possible. If you didnt see my week one post here it is. I know, I know... fire, gotcha, I think my new setup is a little safer.

The new grow room is almost there I think. I dunno about all the lights im running tho. I know 2 of em are 6500k and 2 are 3500k then i dunno about the other 3. My hps light on top was bought from home depot for 60 bucks. 75 watts.... remember this is a budget grow. I found a local buisness that staocks mylar in sheets of 22 x 27 inches. They are chrome finish on one side and adhesive on the other, so that will take care of the glossy white wood I got. My lumber was bought from HDepot as well I spent all in all about 25 dollars on wood. then another 15 on screws, tape measure, shelf bracket. Another 20 on wiring. 25 on al the cfl's. The soil is miracle gro potting mix. I dunno if I am too late to add anything to my soil to help it breath (per;ite?) so if you know, let me know please. This was also my first attempt at wiring, but i was actually rather pleased with my results. the guy at depot that thought I was building a winter growing box to teach a few boyscouts in the local troop who missed the class over the summer. This was needed for one of there badges. Anyways i thought it best to have some sort of bs story pre-planned. He was eager to help in the end.

heres the latest snap shot. hope its not gonna die from shock. i transplanted it really carefully, then swithed over to the 6500k's that someone told me about on here. Ive got the 3500k's running too, is that bad?


got the wires in place, everything seems to be running fine. picking up mylar tomorrow. when should i start nutes? how often should i water? been doing the finger in the dirt but it always feels a little dry, maybe because of the lights. got the wood up and it looks semi cognito i suppose.

looks good. do you got fans in there too? if not, you will need it.

also, i used to use the miracle grow soil, then switched to fox farms ocean forest soil that i got at the hydroponics store... and it is the world of difference!!! trust me.
