I just made a batch of nutes, and I have about 3 times as much as I plan on watering the plants with. My question is can I just put a lid on it and stir it before I use it each time?

If I keep that inside the drum and on with a water wand attached to the end of it will that be enough agitation to do the job?

so long as its circulating and is aerated, you should be ok for a max of 14 days (the max recommended time between res changes)

Yeah should be good to go as long as you have water movement man. Keep it dark too.

I use an airstone and air pump for mine, less than $15.00 total. VV

You can put a small water pump in your reservoir and just keep it on. That will keep circulation going.
