Indoor Growing. Need Help

I plan on starting to grow a single plant indoors today. If there is any advice anyone could give me i have a lot of questions.
Flowering?
Nutrients?
Watering?
Soil?
I need help.
I appreciate any advice.

U shoul start of growing at least 4 seedlings if you want to guarantee a harvest. 9 times out of 10 is if your growing 2 plants both will be male. You have a better chance of getting a female the more plants you have. You can take the best plant out the bunch and kill the rest. For lighting 4 plants I would use 2 30watt compact flourescent( home depot, lowes, wal mart). Keep them as close to the plants as possible no less than a half a inch from the plant at all times. With a goo d strain and nutes you can yield at least and ounce of 1 plant
