If you don't have enough lighting, your plants are going to strech. I would add one more CFL, keep it as close as possible to the plants, and get a fan and point it towards the lights to blow away the heat. It'll grow some decent buds.

hmm, thats sorta how its set up. and there is 2 fans in there now. one sucking in air, the other pushing it out.

keep up the good work man, you chould try sprouting yr Beans(seeds) between some paper towels in an Altoids tin or some other warm, dark container.
