I am switching my 6 DWC's from 6 cfl's to a 400w. hps. How high should I hang this light and how long before I start to lower it?

Welcome to the real world. 18" from the top is a good starting point. If the plants stress....raise it a bit. But generally 12" - 18" is safe. How the hell did you grow 6 plants with 6 cfl's? What wattage were they? |

18 inches is good and from what ive read you should start to flower when there around a foot or 16 inches tall  |
