I started my plants on a 12/12 light regime on 11/18/07 and Before I did I flushed the plants only once and started on my Flora-Nova bloom food(4-8-7) my question is how many feed's until I flush again I was under the impression you want to wash away excess stuff your nut's left behind or is that bunk info and I should just keep with the nut's????? I dont know if you do please tell me muah Thank you

What are you growing in? If it's in pots of soil or soiless mix...just water till runoff starts. Excess salts will be washed away every watering. If you're in coco...then get about 10% runoff.

Flushing just stresses the plant out...and thats not what you want while flowering. Flushing is for fixing problems.

ok so jack yuou suggest no flushing?? just keep up wit the nut's??? o ya im using 3 gallon container's and using Fox farm ocean forest soil and Flora-Nova Bloom food(4-8-7)

Then you're good to go. FF is a good mix. I hope you added some lime before planting. If not....watch for ph problems. It wouldn't hurt to put some(1 tbps/G of medium) dolomite lime in the top of the pots and let it work it's way in with each watering.

Floranova is a nice nute as well. Very easy to work with. When I used it I don't remember ever having a nute burn or buildup problem. Just allow a runoff when watering...and things will be top notch. If you do start to notice a leaf curl downwards or tip burn on the upper fan leaves...then back off abit with the food.
