Hi everyone. So today I obtained my medical marijuana card and can grow legally now (According to the state of California). The county I live in allows me to grow no more than 30 plants at a time. I just purchased a house today. 2000 SQ feet. 2 story. 4 bedroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. 1 question is should i use the entire upstairs for growing or should I use the two car garage. (I'm sure inside the house would be a cleaner environment but I would love to use the garage and have the house for myself). This will be my first time growing ever so all advice will help. I would like to grow close to 30 plants at a time. I have about $5,000 to spend on a grow room.

Uhhh....Sounds like you have the money to throw at it. That is certainly a comfort. I must say though, learn to grow 3 or 4 plants at a time. Work your way up as you gain experience. If you spend 5k on a grow room to grow 30 plants, that I am sure is not an easy task for a first grow. Start with the basics and work your way up to where you can handle many plants. Research this forum enough, and you will see how many people have problems growing 2 plants. Just start slow is what I can suggest and just each time add a few more plants and more equipment as you become more experienced.

hell no go for it man just groe 30...It isn't brain science growin weed is easy. get a book on it or read the grow faq. Id get like 4 1000 watts and something to cool em down with and ur good

I have a friend that grows in large quantities and he will be helping me set up this week. I just want to get as much knowledge as possbile so that I dont seem that stupid while hes helping me. Can anyone recomend the best book on the web for growing marijuana indoors ar setting up a killer grow room. Also what do you think. Upstairs of the house, or the garage.

go on youtube and type in growing marijuana...theres a few step by step videos on how to set up grow rooms and there nice ones too

If you have help on hand then great. For most people this does not work, simply because there is alot of people that cant grow 2 plants at a time. Just take it easy and go slow regardless of how many plants you start with. Learning how the plants grow is foremost, then experiment with it. Just do your research and get what you need before you germ the first seed. Have it all ready.

UPSTAIRS.................you ave the whole attic space...your "tall" areas can be your bloom rooms, and ALLL of that other space can be cloning/veg rooms and or areas, GAWD I wish I had the space/room you have!!!!!!!!!!!
