    I think if you need to provide some more information on the size of your plants and the number etc... (i can't really answer your question anyways but i don't think anyone can without that information)

    just go to home depot and go buy like 2-3 of those small CFL's you can flower if its small i guess

    less light = less bud.
    You can use the lowest amount of light you want, but why would you. Go for the biggest and best you can afford.

    also, if i flower for longer with less lights will it be the same amount of bud.... im going to try anyway, trial and error is the way to go!!!
