Hiya , I have got 12 cuttings that i brought of a guy, he said they had been in his propergater for 2 weeks, they in small rockwool cubes, there about 3 weeks old now should there be roots showing through the rockwool? i believe so.
they are currently under a 600watt hps 36" away from the light, there in the corner of the growroom too so there not under the light. Temps are around 20-25 lights on and 18-20 in lights off. They have been under a hps now for exactly 1 week and seem tobe looking the same or worse than when i got them.

Green leaves are feeling very dry and there are the usual yellowing of the bottom leaves but some leaves have gone dry brown and are going crispy.
The leaves on the cuttings are allso drooping alittle. they look like they need perking up somewhat so they do'nt look like some of the dreary cuttings ive seen on the net.



Thought i'd just ask because i'm starting to think the guy that sold me the cuttings took em and gave em me straight away hence why they have no roots if they had been in a prop for 2 weeks so i may need to do some drastic saving action but i'm sure you guys will be able to let me know whats going on if you know.

Sorry to tell you but those don't look good and from the sound of it you might have been dupped. You should have roots with in 14 days. you need to mist them a few times a day and the temps should be around 75-80f. Don't toss them. Keep tring to get them to root, they don't look dead so thats a good thing-")

Would it be worth putting some celophone over the tray with a few holes in to help keep miosture on the leaves?
