So I currently have 2 females that came from bagseed. They are both somewhere around 2 weeks in flower. The smaller of the two has a fair amount of bud growing on it, but the bigger one just has white hairs coming out everywhere.

Is this normal or is something going wrong with the bigger plant?

I know that, I'm wondering why one of my plants has developed at least 10x as much as the other one.

One has fair sized bud forming and the other only has white hairs.
