will 4000k MH work good enuff???

So im looking into getting a new MH bulb, im looking at one and but its only 4000k. So is this high enuff on the kelvin scale for a MH bulb to work good in vegging?????
 
You can veg and flower with MH if you want. The quality will be better while the quantity will be a little lower.
 
i have a HPS right now im useing for the whole growth...but im lookin into a MH right now, and was wondering if a 4000k MH was a good light to use, JUST for vegging,
