Default WW 16 Days, growing weird or normal?

Yo Peeps

Been growing this lovely specimen(WW) for 15 days now under a 400w HPS, good ventilation and nutes being used. It is my first grow under lights so I'm still learning, but I have grown before outside many years ago.

Just wondering if it the plant looks normal or am I missing something? It seems to have grown really bushy and not that quickly upwards, or is this the normal growth at 15 days?

Any suggestions or replies would be awesome

PS Yesterday I flushed the pot with PH balanced water to make sure it wasn't nute burn or something similar

harkin-this is fine . the plant is growin leaves, not good when stalk begins to grow long.
