I know i can flower when i please...But how tall should i let my plants get before i flower to get the most of my light??Sun systems 2 150hps..Clones are 5 - 9 tall and i see at least 3 or budsites on all of them reps for help

well i wanna get the most out of my light...So i was thinking if i flower now the bottom of the plants should get the same light has the top. Only using a 150 so i know the taller they get the less light the bottom will get fimed all but one to see what happens,new grower on my learning curve.
