WHEN SHOULD I START FLOWERING...im using 4 25watt cfl's if you guys were guessing how much do you think one plant would yield??

You should start flowering when you have 4-6 nodes (4-6 inches tall)... this may seem premature.. but if you have a healthy plant with 4-5 nodes that looks like this (see pictures).. then you should flower NOW... if you add 2 - 43 watt CFLs... and you have a heavy yielding indica.. you could yield 3+ ounces from a single plant... just like this plant

once they get 4-6 inches flower them!! like knowm said.....

i currently have 3 plants that i let veg to long...now they are 2 and a half ft tall and hard to get them the best lighting now...i like you are using cfls....right nowi have about 10 25w bulbs on them.....seems to be doin the job....
