UK - Power Problem, Box Trips, Overloading?

Hello i'm new here but i wanted to ask a question, replies needed from UK growers.

I have maybe been overloading my circuits as each time i plug everything in it trips the mains electric box. If i use less stuff it doesn't happen so it's deffinitely to much juice being pulled from the mains.

Is there any way of fixing this?

I tried replying but it said a mod needs to vet it and after a day i see no post so trying again

I do use relays but that isn't the issue, it just trips out at the mains box and i can't figure out a way to stop it. I know a UK circuit can take around 3kw of power before it gets a little upset.

Just wondering if anyone knows of a work around (without cheating the electric company). I may grow a bit of stuff for friends but i'm not a thief.
