did your energy bill increase alot with the use of those lights? i want to purchase hps & mh lights 400watt, but im afraid my bill will increse a great amount.im growing outside, it takes alot longer for the plants to finish, thats why i want the lights. also i heard a rumor that the energy company might see the increase use of electricity & report to the authority's? i think thats bullsh** if you ask me
