Is this a good deal
This is the perfect setup for a beginner hobby grower or advanced stealth grower. I am including the cabinet that measures 3` 6” high, 3' wide, and width of 18". The cabinet includes two intake fans and one exhaust fan, everything built in. Also including a sunsystems 150 watt mhs lamp, flourecent lights, and 2 led panels. Will also include grow nutrients for veg and bloom. Lots of misc things used for indoor gardening but would take too long to list. Best offer by the end of the day gets it!

I low-balled him at $220 because it is all i have to spend and he said he has some plants 4 weeks from harvest he would give me if i came up with more $$$$$

wait, just some guy you don't know is going to just give you 4 plants that are a month from harvest?
If you are going to buy the equipment, pass on the plants. not worth the risk.
and if it's all in good working order, it sounds like a really good deal. but without seeing it it's hard to endorse it.

he said i would need to bring proof that i am a prop. 215 patient which i have. He said he would get back to me tomorrow if the a buyer didnt come today. And i would most likely pass on the plants i have 8 flowering right now.

the set up is a good deal if it is legit, make sure that everything works before you buy it. I agree, I would pass on the plants too.
