HELP! How bad is a little light pollution during veg sleep?

I've probably let in a bit of room light right before the light turns on maybe 2-3 times a week, maybe a little less. it's never full direct sunshine, and it's never for more than a few minutes. I also have a very small light in the from the humidifier, it's an led and certainly under a watt.

However, have I fucked myself?

What are the odds of having light stressed them and not knowing it? Will one hermie plant fertilize the rest of the crew?

Its no big deal in veg, But dont do it repeatedly.

In flowering there should not be any light whatsoever during the dark hours, and that includes red leds.

And yes, One hermie will geek out an entire crop.

it shouldnt hurt much, but when your flowering bro, do not expose those plants to light.
