As far as I'm concerned it's a priviledge, not a right to grow Marijuana.

Two things,the reason ole philly is an ass is right there in your statement,you dissagree with the op but wish him well,now ole phil on the other hand says the op deserves to be punished,yup he's an asshole in my book too.
I will be the 1st in line to call anybody an asshole should they say somebody deserves to be punished under the current mj laws,which btw far exceed punishments set down for manslaughter ,an act where somebody looses their life.
As long as any americans keep thinking its a priveledge to grow marijuana then only a select few priveledged americans will be allowed to grow/use,when all americans man up & demand that marijuana stops being a priveledge ,where "they"select who is fortunate enough to have this priveledge bestowed upon, then we might see a time when all are allowed to use legaly.
This mj being a priveledge thinking is exactly what is wrong & what helps hold back total legalization,the same priveledge that is bestowed on alcohol & tobacco consumers (total legalization) should be afforded to dope smokers & nothing less.
