will 12/12 from seed set it to flowering asap?

just wondering got a small space if i set it to 12 12 from seed or when its like just sprouted will it set it into floweing at such a small plant? im growing in a small pc case with clfs. probs about 70 watts worth. would i need to veg for even a week and if u went straight to floweing would i even get a gram? or 2 out of a plant.how long would it take to fully flower?

no they wont flower untill they are sexually mature; about 3-4 weeks.

my problem with 12/12 from seed is that it makes the plants stretchy with alot of space between budsites

They will not flower right away, they will need to matue sexually first which will take 3+weeks. Yeild could be anything from 1/8 to 1/2, the rest of your questions can be anwsered with common sence. peace

if your working with such a small space you should have the plants within an inch or two of the cfls so they stay short and bushy

ok thanks so then how will i know exctaly when to flower? could i set it on 18/6 for 2 weeks or would i need to wait till they show there sex

18/6 or even 24/0 is a great light schedule for seedlings/vegging plants

typically when the plant has 3+ sets on nodes it will start to show stipules, then you should know it is mature and able to be sexed

if you havent noticed it, the faq is a great rescorce for newbies trying to learn a thing or two. its the question mark icon at the top of this page. it hasnt been updated in centuries but knowlage is knowlage and theres alot of it there. i tried contributing to the faq about 4mo ago and have yet to see my article on the best way to quickdry a sample of bud
