i just started flowering and i can smell the stink coming on. im growing in my room about 5 feet from a window in a locker. what is a good, cheap, efficient to prevent odor.

industrial strength deodorizer is easy to get
just try ozium from kmart walmart or target
they have other stuff but thats the most popular
also try running a tube from the locker to your window

what about one of those shaper image air purifierers? i have been told to use one of them but they are expensive but im trying to stay cheap.

cat litter and pinesol on top of your box, or where there is the most heat in your box(above your light, if you can.)

hmm well i dont want my room to smell fucked up. way too clean or like a janitors closet. whats up with negative ion generators? do those really work? im really just worried about the smell traveling outside the room into the rest of the apartments.

basic air cleaners found in big box stores will help...but not eliminate the odors. You can either get an ozone generating type of cleaner...there are plenty available that are safe for plants and humans...or get a scrubber or make a scrubber. Check out the Odorsok. A scrubber may not work for your situation....but it is something you should look into.

Adding things like Ozium and air perfumes...only cover the smell...and it's only temporary.
