you will have to use CFL's...

daylight white CFL's for veg

warm white CFL's for flower, jam as many as you can without pushing the temperature past 85 degrees....

good ventilation too....

thanks alot but are thoes 2 diffrent types of lights? and are they cheap

you can get cfls almost anywhere and yes there relatively cheap..

how long should i veg for? i want a short grow and dont mind getting small yeild, just growing for fun

um not very long plants still grow taller for the first 7-day of flowering not only that but they even stretch as a last effort to get bigger so keep that in mind but if you case was say 18" tall all together i wouldn't let them get bigger than 6-8 inches but with cfls you can prob let them go a little bigger since they dont put off heat and they can a just about touch the plant
