have a quick question.. btw great site iv been lurking quite sometime and have a question that iv not forund an answer to. i have this fixture and am wondering
1. will this work for the full growth of a plant ( veg-flowering)
2. how many plants will this light support , thanks for any input

how big do you plan on growing the plants before flowering? u might be able to do 2 small plants but it will get crowded

im going to try and keep them pretty short maybe 3ft. i usually do my growing outside, but its getting my nerves twisted. i dont really no too much about growing inside

Hey I have a 250HPS that Im gonna try 2 use, havent done an indoor grow in a few years. But I know if u can use mirrors and such, U can get alot more with the light. I did it a while ago with a 400 and some floro's as well, worked out ok. Anyways I have like 9 seedings started, hope 2 get like 4 good female at least, so Im hope it works out. They are like maybe 5days, well good luck.

WEll I guess every1 has there own way 2 do it, but Ive never had a problem with using mirrors, it refelex the light the best, I find it way better then using white oaint, but then again thats just me.

I've grown in a small steath cab for about 3 years using a 150 HPS. I kept my plants smal -, 4 of 'em in 6 qt. pots in about 3.5 sq. ft. Lights kept about 5-6 in from the tops. I could get just over an oz from each. I grew in a perpetual harvest so was getting a harvest every 3 weeks if I let them go for 12 weeks.

Yeh you really shouldnt use mirrors man, you would be much better off with white matt paint or emulsion.
