Nirvana Chrystal feminized, second grow. need some input.

I germinated 2 seeds. they are both in their first soil container. 4x4 square. i will be using FF Happy Frog. They should sprout tomorrow. This will be my first time growing a real strain i have 2 bagseed females at 2 weeks flowering.

i was planning on keeping a mother and flowering the other one. and taking clones about every 3 weeks since i only have a 430 watt Son agro HPS. and im getting a few Compact Fluorescent maybe tomorrow.

how long should i veg my plants so i dont get huge plants in the end i want to harvest small to medium sized plants every 3 weeks or so. its for personal use and perhaps the friend or 2 that come over. so im not planning on dealing so i dont that much weed. but enough so it doesnt run out so soon.

ive been smoking nothing but nasty mexican for way to long and i need something good for a change.

heres a picture of my baby chrystal fem from nirvana seeds. i have 2 bot look pretty much the same. today is their first day of vegetative state? since they got their pair of true leaves.

i also have 2 plants flowering right now. both at 3 weeks in. 1 in FF happy frog soil and is doing great. and the other one in MG garden soil -_-.... and is doing shitty. all her big fan leaves fell off. but she hasnt stopped producing bud but i have a feeling she will dry up before harvest time. heres a couple pictures.
