water them then let them dry back up some as they are easiest when dry to transplant. The reason to transplant them is so they dont get root bound. The plants will triple or more in height when in flower and bulk way out. After you transplant give a good heavy water and keeep temps mild on them as they will need a little rest. Do each one as fast and quick as you can less air on the roots the better. Usually you can take a flat item slide it between the pot and soil and go around the plant to loosen it. Then just place your hand around the stalk base and tilt the plant with a little tug(if you have help its easier as they can pull the pot off).Have the new pots ready and filled with soil so the old plant root ball is about 1-2 inches lower then where the new top soil will end up so its covered.Press it lightly firm into new soil and then lightly pack new soil around it and water. You may even want a support for a week or so til the roots take hold. This in flower can slow your grow by a week maybe 2 if its shocking but shouldnt be too bad. You might see some wilting just watch it and go light on any nutes in the water til it perks up

make sure the soil is fairly dry before you try to transplant...and keep as much of the roots as possible together..do that and you will be fine...
