i have ...
-one 24 watt t5 high output "sunblaze strip" light
-one 17 watt walmart fluorescent grow light
-2 f14 t5 fluorescent bulbs. (gives off 3000K color temperature which i don't think is the right spectrum?

my girls are looking alright but growing kind of slowly. any ideas?

they look really stretched out. how far is the light away and wat soil is that?? MG?? not too great of a pic but thats all i c indeicent with them

the light has been about three inches above them since i got them, but i didn't have the lights until a few days after they had sprouted. i'm using miracle grow organic mix potting soil.
