Attached a good number of close up pics.

hairs are starting to darken, but there are still many new white hairs on the outside.

what do you think?

another 10-14 days or so?

changing hairs are just the first start,you need to be looking at the trichomes/crystals under a magnifying glass,when they are all mostly cloudly/opaque(some will go yellow/brown) the plant has reached its peak thc level and it is time to harvest my friend

got it. so i just take off a crystally-looking leaf from the inner part of a flower and look at it under my 30x scope?

yep, although leave trichs mature a couple days before budsite trichs

ok, so where is the best place to get a sample for budsite trichs? should i try to look at it on the plant itself, or tear off a little piece?

i would look on the buds and not on the leaf and why would you take it off? id say another 4-5 weeks the hairs need to recede into the buds
