i am using mg and i was wondering if these plants are healthy, i think they look great, but im a first timer and i could be wrong,

these plants are about 3 weeks old today, i personally think they should be bigger


also any suggestions would be apreciated! -~

Yes mate they are a bit small what light are you using? might I suggest when you transplant get some Fox Farm Ocean Forest Potting soil, 5 weeks into flowering the MG auto feed pellets mixed with my nutes wrong and burned up my plants pretty good. It is something you want to look into, you can grow if you just use MG. IT is just a very unpredictable medium.
