ok i need some input on how i should vent from my grow room im growing in a closet and have neighbors all around me and i have little money to do thid wut is your best suggestion?

It depends on your options to Ventilate. You say that all your neigbors are around you, does that mean you live in an apartment? In any cooling/ventilation application, an exhaust source is pretty much required. Because if you live in an apartment, it'll be pretty difficult to find an exhaust source. We need to know where would you plan on exhausting the heat?

punch a hole in the ceiling into the attic. i assume your using a carbon filter.

there are some diy carbon filters around shouldnt cost you much. are you living in the u.s. in a non medical state? if so be very careful growing it may not be worth the risk if you cant afford a carbon filter.

how many plants do you have?
people over exaggerate how much your plants will smell unless you have a forest growing in your house...your neighbors wont smell it

well first off it will/won't smell depending on the strain. get a portable a/c unit a small a/c unit or maybe a fan will help circulation? i would suggest to use a inline fan with a carbon filter going into the attic or maybe duct your a/c vent to the closet? how many plants what kind of light?

im growing two mother plants they r blue mystic seeds from nirvana and they said it had low odour in the first place and for right now i am using t5 for veg but im going to use a 400 or 600 w hps im not sure yet...

i also had a grow a few months ago in my basement and it did not stink at all but when the buds were done and done curing they smelled soooooo good and they were very pungent like a deisel smell but now i am growing in the up stairs of my house in a closet and need to know some good tips im mean im not broke broke but i dont have very much more funding for this i already got my seeds from nirvana and my growing media and the plastic and lights so i mean im runnin low on cash flow
