could it be from when i had the foil all around my grow box...took it out cause some one said it causes hot spots...if it is from heat stress how do i fix it just move the lights up...or...
that could have caused it, good you got rid of it.
what lights are you using? because if its an hps you could try moving it furtehr away from your plants
La vida esta llena de cabronadas y dijustos, fumate un porro y quedate agusto

To me that for sure looks like a heat burn, most likely caused from a hot spot.
ok thanks for all the comments.....im using 4 1oowt daylight cfls and 2 60 wt warm white cfls...one 120wt fl tube.around 7,000 lumens. one intake fan bottom right and one out take fan top left.posting pics of grow box...homemade so bare with me ..lol...
If it were heat burn it would affect the part of the plant closest to the light, but the foil theory could hold true. The damaged leaves are toward the bottom of the plant. IMO it looks like a Mag or Iron def. Pick up some Cal/Mag, it'll fix them up.
