SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

I need a effective, cheap way to keep light from coming out of the window, and to keep forward moving infrared from coming in ( FOR CHEAP)

IT ALSO HAS TO BE NON SUSPISIOUS LOOKING FROM OUTSIDE

Put up some basic blinds. Then close them and use a staple gun top stable one big piece of black plastic, cut to size, around the window. From the outside you should only see the closed blinds and not any of the black plastic. This is exactly what I did at one house. For IR blocking, put the Block-IR stuff over the plastic. I bought the black plastic at Home Depot in big rolls.
