Angry whats wrong

I am a first time grower i have a plastic tote lined with foil with a 42 watt flourex" 300 watt"light output and a 25 watt cfl with "100 watt" light output and a 65 watt plant light.Yestarday my 1 week old plants had some light spots in the leaves and my white widow has just stopped growing what can i do?

you said lined with foil? are you getting hot spots that are burning your plants? foil is bad...

Plants in the seedling stage don't require fertilizer, or a lot of light.

Keep the temperatures below 80, and the humidity above 50%, and don't water until the container is light (meaning it has dried out).
