When the seeds burst out of their shells and start to come out of the rockwool, do I take the clear plastic humidity dome away or no?

yes.. no... yes.. no... well.. it depends... LOL

i personally would take it away... it is not even neccessary for seeds ..really only clones to keep in the moisture... the rockwool holds enough moisture that the dome is irrelevant..... unless you were using it to keep the seeds warm
