k so first things first im havin trouble wit my clones... its easy for me to clone in the spring and summer but once fall hits the climate in my cloning room changes so then i have to start fuckin wit heaters and seedling mats ..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr god dam nature.. lol a lil help loaded whats your ideal temp and humidity range...

Considering the Mother is fully mature and in veg:

room temps 72-76 CONSTANT

medium temps 76-79 CONSTANT

Rh of ambient air, 80% starting

Rh of ambient medium 95-97% starting

after 12 hrs of ambient air at 80% I open humidity dome lil bit till it evens out at 70%

After 12 hours ambient medium is typically at 90-95%

After another 24 hours of ambient air at 70% I open humidity dome lil bit more from the opposite side to drop the rh 50% and create better airflow

After initial 36 hrs medium is typically at 70% Rh, i mist medium with thrive alive solution (one tsp/gal) until it is back up to 80-85%

After 36 hrs I typically see root bubbles starting to form at the base of the stem where it goes into the medium (meaning root tips should stick out of the bottom of the medium within 4-5 days)

after 48 hrs I add water to the tray so it sits just under the medium

After that I repeat the same steps as I did in the first 36 hrs, with the acceptation of maintaining 50-60% humdity constantly after the first 36 hrs, until root tips stick out the bottom

Flowering mothers take about 4-6 more days to completely root

I usually have root tips sticking out the bottom of my rock wool cubes 6-7 days after cutting is taken.... if the mother was in veg

11-16 days if the mother was in flower and depending on how far into flower

I use clonex and a serated edge to take cuttings, no messing around..... cut dip in water Real fast, dip in Clone X, stick in prepped rock wool cube, stick cube in tray, mist, and one aditional misting before humidity dome is put one, with only one air hole open a crack....

If roots haven't stuck out in four or five days I start lightly trimming the sun leaves to increase transpiration and energy available for the plant..... I do not give them Thrive Alive B1 until the initial root bubbles have been seen.....

humidity dome is placed in an area that receives approximately 3-5000 lumens/square foot, 24 hrs a day, and is only exposed to more light about 12-15 hours after root bubbles first show....

Do you know what I mean by "root bubbles" they are the little white nubs that form right at the base of the stems

I just cloned my PK in the tires when she was 4 weeks into flower, took the cuttings about 17 days ago .... both cuttings have full root systems now, and are almost a week into revegging , they were transplanted on the 18th or 19th, you can see it in my perpetual grow

I will be taking pics this evening and point them out for you if you like?

so the only good news today is the clones are lookin up.. i always stress if they fall cause normally my clones dont droop.... but they r lookin up should def have 75% of the 40 taken make it downhill from my 95% success rate during warmer months.. got to take more clones soon but not till i dial in the environment still got to take another sixty or so

yeah i use rapid rooter plugs.. just always get nervous the first round of cloning come the cold weather
