Hey guys, this is my first post ever on here but I've been reading these forums forever.

I've been growing for about 2 yrs but i've only used hydroton w. a drip system, and stuck to the strain White widow. I've had great success w growing but I want to attempt the sea of green method..

From what I've heard the best way to do this using hydroponics is on an ebb and flow...

My question is what is the best strain for this method. I usually buy my seeds from amsterdamseedbank.com and I was thinking about going with their strain "White Queen" as they say it only grow to about 26 inches and produces around 19 ounces per sq meter.
