I've ran out of ideas for this. I really need to start considering ventilation in my grow room to improve air circulation -- especially for when I get my 400w HPS. As you can see from the diagram I have posted of my living room and grow room, there are some issues I have ran into. The grow room has no supply of fresh air when I am not home! Due to the fact that it is a stealth grow, I cannot leave the door open when I am not home because it is basically kiddy corner from the front door and the maintenance guy could easily walk in for some random reason and see my plants. When the door is closed the room stays at about 85 degrees with the AC on outside of the room even with the limited lighting I have in there right now. As you can see from the diagram, there is definitely the option of drilling a 4" hole in the ceiling and piping an exhaust fan with tubing right up into the rafters which I have no problem doing. That will take care of the heating problems... but where will I get fresh air from??? The other side of the wall is the closet to my room and there ain't no fresh air there! Fresh out of ideas on this one guys.

I had the same problem, I took of the door knob, Attacher drier ducting to the inside over the hole and ran in down the door using a small piece of duct tape and attached a 12 computer fan (15.00 best buy). It seems to be working good now but my temps are getting high because of all the extra lights im using. I am going to get a bigger fan soon. You can always hang a towel or shirt over the outside hole so nobody sees the knob gone.
