Sorry if i'm rambling but I'm a little high
I have a challenge for you...

I live in the UK and was planning on using my attic, this however is now being changed into a usable room at the moment so this can't be done.

I'm now looking at a smaller grow, about 4 plants, for minimal cost. Can anyone find the cheapest parts?

I've done plenty of research, I'm going to be using a 200watt HPS light within a chest of drawers, one intake fan and one outake with a carbon filter (do i need one?). These 5 things are my main concern as i don't have too much money and I'm sick of paying expensive prices for things i could quite easily grow for myself.

I have a budget of about £70-80

I'm going to be buying 5 Northern lights/soul for my first batch.
