I live in the U.S. and recently placed an order from nirvana seeds. When the package came in it had an orange sticker across the seal. It had been opened by homeland security and they confiscated the seeds inside. They sent the rest of the package with a letter inside explaining what had happened with a case number. My name was on the envelope but I had it mailed to another address. Should I be worried and is there anyway to bribe nirvana into sending me some more seeds? (They were really expensive!) Has this happened to anyone else out there?

Bribe nirvana? Just tell them what happened. Show them a picture of the letter.

ha, you guys do remember this is illegal right? i would cut my losses. order something else from a different company. try from canada instead. remember dont open yourself up to the govt. use a different name and address. different from yours and from before. that sux man but try again. you'll get em eventually. ive got good packs from nirvana, bds, kind, and urban organics. the last 2 ARE IN VANCOUVER CANADA. try them

holy shit what does the letter say. i live in canada and travel to buy from a store front most of the time but have ordered 4 times and had no prob. i know im not in the states which is exactly why im interested. like if we get popped here they dont charge/arrest us, they take the equipment, so im curious of other places

i did my research and in 15 days they are going to send me a letter saying that if i want to try to get them back i have my rights to do so the most they'll do is fine

all the letter says is that they took wat was illegal in the envelope and that i'ma receive info from the gov its all bullshyt they cant open my mail without notifi. me first its just seeds they cant do shyt

i orderd from nirvana last week and they send it out today i'm kinda scared now

I know the american govt is making a big deal about seeds at the moment and upping the anti against marijuana,they are currently trying to extradite Marc Emery and co. for supplying seeds to the usa where they are facing up to life in prison,so i would be more careful at the moment in america as the dea are even raiding medical users in states that allow it
