they will never legalize it for one reason. they wouldn't be able to tax it or make money off of it becausre evryone would grow there own. the U.S. govt doesn't care about right or wrong....only money.

contact nirvana. they will send you new seeds. this happens every 6 months or so. customs catches on to the packaging. let nirvana know they need to change there packaging. they will gladly replace your order from everything i've read and heard. send them an email they will work with you.

Dang. I ordered mine from some site that gets the seeds from the seedbanks and send them themselves(I guess). It was like HEStrading.co.uk(High end seeds). It was discretely packaged and in a smell proof bag. I wouldn't be worried, unless you want to go to court and get them back. That would be a mistake. Good luck and keep us posted.
