different sized baby leafs

Hello just begun another crop in my small growbox with flat white interior and using 4x 120w cfls. Iv had good harvests from this every time.

with this crop ive planted 3 northern light seeds using soil perlite etc, the plants are 5 days old since sprouting around 3 cm however ive noticed that 2 seedlins have one leaf a different shape from the other.

i had noted that after sprouting the seed shells half open stuck to the leafs for a few days before dropping of.

will this effect their growth in anyway or will the leafs sort themselves oot. ????

my leafs on my plant look very similar to that and they are doing fine
