What peep's

I am preparing to do a nute test. And would like some input, ideas or feedback.
So far this is the plan. I am going to use theses nutes.

1. Advanced nutrient's connossear 2.35+
2. Cutting edge solution's The full line up.
3. Foxfarm's 3 liquid's and 3 soluble's.

I already have most the nute's and the AN is on it's way.
I plan on running 2 plant's per nute co. 1 Erkle and 1 Master kush.
I am a bit undicided on what to use for a medium.
My normal growing style is to veg with 50\50 ocean forest with light warrior. Veg for six weak's with no added nute's untill flower.
Then I start my feeding schedule.
I do not think that is a ideal method to truly get good test result's from.
What do you Think? I do not want to go hydro. Maybe a slight hydro but still want to hand water.
The optoin I am liking best is using sunshine mix #4 and feeding all the way through.
Do you think straight sunshine mix or a mixture with perlite and vermiculite. Any tip's for using it also appreciated.
The other posible option is coco.
How do you prepare coco? I have seen some mentoin's of special prep method's for it. Any opinion's?

I am planning to have the test started within 2 weak's.
I will post a link to it in here.
Any and all cooments, tip's, trick's or ideas welcomed.

I wish you could add Humboldt Master A & B to the list. I've just started using them and I'm very happy so far.

It's not even a contest. Advanced Nutrients hands down. You could beat those others only using half Sensi 2+ program, much less Connoisseur. Big Mike has challenged all the good ol' boys from the hydro industry to a $1,000,000 marijuana grow contest. Check out
growersunderground.com for the details and videos.

I have actually heard some good post about The humboldt master A& b.
Due to room restraint's I can only test these as of now.
I think I will test the winner of this run against The humboldt.
And another not sure which yet. Suggestions welcome.

That is one hell of a challenge. No one will take hin up on it.
The growrsunderground is full of great info.
I think A\N will wim in yeild.
But I will be judging based on and in this order. As of now atleast.
1. Potency
2. flavor
3. yeild
4. Ease of use.

I have been using the A N for the last few grows but it is so much more money. I have had great results with it but would love to see how the less expensive brands do so ill be following along. Maybe you can get the million from big mike?

yeah i also wish you'd put Humboldt in there. I'm running oneness, ginormous, honey, and a carb from them through my flower and its fucking awesome but i'd like to see how it matches up.

I would follow the recommendations and schedules precisely for each, including recommended soils..... nothing wrong with adding a little extra perlite... I will stay tuned on this for sure.... I choose my nutes based on ingredients and their sources, process/methods of concentration, soil/medium, climate/evnironment, growing techniques, strain, expense, previous experience, and ease/how complicated it is to use, shelf life, and final product. Any way I could convince you to add BMO to the comparison list? I think they are right up there with the others your comparing, even better in some ways.....

Thank you very much everyone.
I am such an undecisive person the feedback help's.
Okay money Is getting tight I have been going a little spend crazy lately.
I will send Humbolt an e-mail and with a link to this thread.
Maybe they will kick down some samples. Then I just have to figure where in the world to fit 2 more.

What up Tld the BMO is awesome I have used it. It yeilded less than foxfarm on my GDP but the flavor and stoney where amazing. With no cure they tasted like candy.
And the yeild was not the nutes fault. I had other issues that I beleive caused the smaller yeild.

I am switching over to a perpetual cycle. In 2 weak's I will start cutting 3 a weak.
I am bumping one of the cycles from 3 to 6 for the test.
I am going to see if I can make room to make the next 2 cycles of 6 .
Then I can add BMO and Humboldt to the test. They would just be one weak behind.

i got my money on cutting edge...

yea, follow the feeding charts exactly, and use the same medium or the test is going to be a wash.

but, i bet if you follow the a.n. feeding chart that you end up burning your plants.

i bet H&G would beat all 3 of those companies, but im betting on cutting edge, with AN being very close.

Coco would be rad, except that AN doesnt make Monkey Juice anymore and that was their coco specific nutrient line.... I dont know if you can use fox farm with coco? but i know you can with cutting edge.

i personally would go with Ready Gro or Roots Organic if coco wasnt going to work.

i bet that humboldt does very well, but they have a lot of products to choose from.

I just started Canna vs. Cutting Edge Solutions growing in Canna Coco...Im doing 24 Blue Dream clones with Cutting Edge, and the rest of the Blue Dreams are going to be grown with Canna.

I'm on week 1 of Vegging still, but I'll post a thread with the results when they are in.

Ive done a ton of careful combinations, but it is hard to tell which products are working when you are using/mixing everything in little doses.

good luck boss.

Post a link in here so we can check it out when ready.
Blue dream is the smoothest herb I think I have ever smoked.
So damn tasty too.
Looking forward to seeing that.

Also I am looking into adding Humboldt and H&g to the test.

Ease of use has to be Advanced nutrients. PH/PPM perfect technology. Throw away your PH calibration solution and sell those expensive PPM testers to your friends, because with AN you won't be needing them. New formulations for base nutrients are 4 ml per liter and additives and supplements are 2 ml per liter. It could not get any easier.

New products coming out are mixtures of older formulas you had to buy seperate. For instance, Bud Candy is Carboload and Sweet Leaf combined in one product, Bud Factor X is Scorpion Juice combined with Colossal Bud Blast.
Rhino Skin is a new more available formulation of Barricade. Bud Ignitor is a new liquid formula of Bud Blood. And finally Kushie Kush. I mean the name says it all, no other nutrient company has strain specific nutrients.
Like I said before no contest.:joint::mrgreen:

I'll admit I am biased. I own and operate a dispensary in Denver. But I am not into trying to advertise on this or any forum. Anyway I sell Advanced Nurients
as an authorized dealer. I offer services to patients and other caregivers whom wish to grow thier own. But don't want to pay big box hydro store prices. I do it for the love of the plant not to get rich.
When I spoke to Hydrofarm they did not want anything to do with me or my business nor did Sunlight Supply. Now I know exactly what Big Mike means when he talks about the "good ol' boys" and how they are trying to monoplize the hydroponics and indoor gardening industry. :eyesmoke:
