AK-47 is an AWESOME strain. I'm harvesting a few I got from clones of a Serious Seeds mother.

One word of advice: during mid-late harvest make sure you drop your humidity and have a strong fan blowing on the colas. The buds tend to get very dense and so mold can be a real threat. I learn the hard way

100% perlite. I wanted schultz perlite but i couldnt find it so they are in mg perlite.

thanks sandmonkey, i had heard of ak47 doing that. I was at an auction a few weeks back and ill be damned they had a big kenmore dehumidifier that went up for auction. I thinks there about 200.00 to 250.00 usd. 12 bucks at the auction. I was happy to have one around just in case!!!! (works like a dream) my hum. Had got up the other day (about 65%) thought i would try it out. I left it on for about 3 hours and went and checked 12% hum. So hopefully i have that one covered!

Well the ladies seem to like the nutes and have responded well. Over the last 2 or 3 days there has been some good growth and the plants look very healthy. These pics are from last night..

I asked if you were using nutes..... I guess i forgot to read they they like the nutes. What kind and how much are you using?

I would consider the mh bulb

I germed my critical + seed on the 17th and am growing under a 400 watt mh. My plant is about double the size of yours its starting on its 5th set of notes.

magkid the plants that are under the 400mh. Are they in soil?? In soil the growth w/ the t8's is great not as slow as the hempy buckets. Plus i figured out that the ph strips i was useing were way the hell off. I recieved a new ph kit today and i think i was going in at 8 or higher ph. Thank god i found out early on. It is now 6.2 to 6.5 going in.
The nutes are fox farms; tiger bloom, grow big and big bloom. Thanks for stoppin by

the room is 8x8 it is built inside my shop. The air in is out of a water cooler (swap pump). It has done a great job puts tons of fresh air in the room. The inside air(heat off the light. When the 600 watt hps goes up.) Is pulled out by 2 stanley blower fans. (i wonder if stanley knows how much money they make off of growers.)they work great. And pull tons of air for 45.00 at wally world. Thanks for checkin out the grow

my setup is in 5 gallon hempy buckets and i'm using just grow big with the everyday feeding guideline. I use a cap full per gallon of water and fill my buckets until water leaks from the hole in the bottom. Ever since I started the grow big the plants erupted.
