wow...okay lets get real. The on grid off grid shit with the power company he was talking about is bullshit. The gov. will pay 40% (in a rebate) for you to set up ur own solar system. so a 15000 dollar system is only going to cost you about 9 grand. You can make the choice to sell power back to ur power company which they will gladly do 4 ya and get a big ROI (that's return on investment for u non-smart peeps). They are going to welcome u with open arms for goin "green". They are not going to be logging all the extra electrical usage because ur power setup has no meter for the solar side unless u opt to sell power back to ur utility. sooooo don't opt 4 it and be stealthy. no meter + no service hook up equals no power consumption. the smart man would use a small solar set-up maybe 1-3k and only run the grow room and equipment from it. orrrr u can buy a shed soundproof it with all the new soundproofing tech they have for around 4-8grand and throw a generator and an output fan to vent the fumes and run grow op off that. there's my 2 cents. n by the way i do work in the electrical industry.

Seems cool,but I don't want to steal from anyone. Karma is a bitch. Kindda shady. Instead of trying to get free power why not make the space you have more efficient. Something like the pics below. This system you use 1 1000 watt bulb in a 360 clear reflector that hangs down the middle. Plus it's hydro or Aeroponic. Thats 400 plants in a 5x5 space and it will cost you 10x less money. Ohh and the base is a resevoir

if i had 20k+ i wouldn't feel the need to steal electricity and make it a business, i'll just simply grow my own and smoke my own instead of paying stupid prices for it.
