my leaves are starting to curl upwards

hi all! my prolem is that a few of the leaves,not any new ones,the lower older leaves are starting to curl upwards/inwards from the stems not the tips. there is no browning eithr.
i am using canna pro soil and 11litre pots. my girls are betty-4wk, boo-3wk 4days. its only happening on a few leaves. im using a 400w hps that at the moment ive highered it to 25 inches above plants. ive started using quarter strenght nutes bio-bizz, it says 2-4ml every liter so in two litres i put 4ml. only nuted twice.
please help me its a worry!!
