I've just started three seeds into a paper towel. I'll grow them at first with 6 X 100 CFs, then into the box with a 250 HPS. I understand they'll be tall--and I was wondering if I can prune the tops. Any advice? SCROG candidate?


this is my second time, first was lame, not enough light, bag seed, and the one I thought was F was M! Good thing I'm not dating anymore!.

If you prune the tops, you will have bushier plants. Topping doesn't necessarily increase yield. In fact, I've done the experiment of topping vs not topping. I consistanty get a better yield by NOT topping.

Usually, because pure Indicas don't stretch much, they are not good candidates for the SCROG style of growing.
