i transplanted my plant in a bigger pot but i didnt realize the plant wasnt in the center of the pot.. or more on the side..like 1-2 inches away form the side..the diamater is like 10 inches... is that gonna affect the root growth?

Hi Smoke.. It should be fine...

The biggest affect you can make on root growth is proper watering technique...
You want the roots to grow equally around the entire container.... this requires a technique of "flood and dry"... when you water, you should totaly saturate your container.. at leat 1/2 to 1 gallon of water.. and then don't water agian until the container becomes light and the top 2-3 inches of the soil are dry.... this could be up to 10 days!!!

This watering technique promotes even root growth throughout the container and avoids "rootbound" conditions or the need for transplanting..

Did you just re-pot it? If yes (within a few hours) then just take it out again and centre it. Be gentle though. If it has been over a few hours, then I would take Garden Knowm's advice.
