I just purchased a submersible water pump
eBay.ca: Rio 600 Submersible Water Pump - Hydroponics / Aquarium (item 250135610679 end time 22-Aug-07 11:36:08 EDT)

and I have purchased a 8 outlet Manifold




Now when I put these 2 together, my pump doesnt have any parts that fit onto my manifold.

I need pieces that make it fit, once I get this to work I will be able to start on my white widow seeds.

Look at the bottom. that manifold is for an outdoor irrigation system. Its drip hydro and needs the pressure of a hose to push it. Maybe your pump will push out 40 lbs of pressure. Make sure that whatever fittings you get to adjust for this are pressure connections or clamp them tight. Just turn off all the lights the first few times you pump water thru it. Water hitting an hid light can be a problem. Be sure to have a wet vac handy as well. VV

I thought you needed an Air pump for bubbleponics, not a water pump?

Do you know where I can purchase one that works like the stealth hydroponics one?



Thats a stealth hydroponics 6 outlet Manifold and it shows that it also needs a hose size. But I know they make it work.

How can I make it work?

Ok, I watched the video, I still fail to see the point of a water pump.

the water pump pumps water to the manifold n through the tubes that feed it to the root zone.
