I agree with you on the beauty of being medical, cops can keep their asses chasing actual criminals rather than my little grow. so cool that you actually could/would notify the police, props for that.

As soon as you sold it you'd no longer be legal though, you'd be right back to becoming another potential victim of the drug war.

FYI we (in oregon) can grow 6 plants per person and grow for up to 4 people total with 1.5 lbs of final product on hand per patient so that's a max of 6lbs of weed legally in a grow for 4 people.

The poundage may seem high to some but if you only grow once a year, like say outdoors where our climate is very limiting that can be just barely enough to pull a person through for the year depending on the person. Try making edibles etc and it's nowhere near enough.

And that is where the whole " medical necessity " thing comes in. Obviously it's an argument that would first take place with the police, and then possibly the courts. But if I can have more than 15 plants and a pound and a half ( 60 day supply ) due to necessity, and I'm cookin it all down, it would stand to reason that I would probably need more.

But it's not really an argument I want to have right now, so I'll just stick with the numbers.
